PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS AND VOICE RECORDINGS

There are now strict standards about taking and using photos, videos and recordings of the people we support.

Staff must not take photos, videos or recordings of the people we support without permission from their Direct Service Coordinator.  If they are given permission, the photos, videos and recordings will be transferred to their Direct Service Coordinator, deleted from their cameras and kept in secure storage.

Any photos, videos and recordings in the Lifestyle newsletter and on our website will be there with permission.

All of the people we support and/or their families are being asked to consider giving us permission.

If a person we support does not give their permission, we may approach when opportunities to be involved arise so they can give permission on a one-off basis if they wish.
