CLARIFICATION ON ROSTER CHANGES OUTLINED IN THE PREVIOUS MEMO:
URGENT PREVENTATIVE STRATEGIES

The roster changes, while absolutely essential for protecting staff and clients, are a temporary measure only.

We will return to the original rosters as soon as government directions allow.

The return to the original rosters will, of course, be in accordance with the contracts we have been able to retain.

For those who have lost hours in these arrangements, we hope to return those hours.  For those who have been given extra hours in this process, they will be withdrawn and returned to the prior arrangements.
